This document outlines the terms of contract of employment proposed by L.A models

Commencement date: 23rd may 2014
Location
You will be employed at the company’s South African subsidiary:
This shall take place at various locations and travelling costs shall be covered by the company.
Hours of Work
Hours shall vary every shoot/event as well as sometimes working from home.
Responsibilities/duties
The duties involved include, but is not limited to:
Appearing in photoshoots.
Providing entertainment at events
Compliance with company policies & procedures
Refer to policies and procedures manual which shall be provided for you on arrival
Remuneration
Between R5000 and R75 000 per event.
This shall be paid half 3 days before the event and half on the day.
Overtime/Sundays/public holidays/last minute bookings shall result in double payment
Harassment/racial vilification/discrimination
Clear policies associated with behaviours relating to the above, and the consequences for not following them shall be provided in your employee welcome kit. Such policies refer to the responsibilities of employees, managers and the company in upholding these and the protection for those who complain.
Confidentiality
This is a very important aspect as all our clients and models are with us for the purpose of confidentiality and exclusivity. Therefore, all client and model names shall not be spoken of outside of the office. All photos/videos shall not be exposed to the public. Failing to do so shall result in immediate termination and may result in a lawsuit. If your photos are leaked from our side, you shall be compensated with up to R1.5 million depending on the nature of it.
Termination
Termination shall occur instantly in the following circumstances:
Not adhering to the confidentiality clause
If convicted of a crime

I accept the offer of employment and agree to the terms and conditions as stated in this contract.
